If you don't see your name on the list above, we encourage you to attend the 18U Blue try-outs. Based on the talent we've seen, we expect to field a very strong Blue team this year. Hope to see you there!

Try-outs for the 18U Blue team will be held at Trinity C.S.. There is no additional try-out fee if you tried out for the Black team.

HRVC Welcome Night - Monday Sept. 28 at 7pm. 18U Black athletes to arrive earlier for warm-up.

Eye of the Storm Social - Fri. November 6.

We will compete in 4 OVA 18U tournaments and the Ontario Championship (plus 2-3 additional tournaments):
     Humber Classic - 18U:    Sunday Oct. 18
     OVA 18U Tournaments: Dec. 5    Jan. 16    Feb. 6    Feb. 27
     Ontario Championship:   April 9-11

The team will choose to compete in either a U.S. tournament or the Canadian National open tournament (May 13-16).

The annual fees this season will be in the range of $800-$950. This will cover uniforms, gym rentals, OVA player and tournament fee. In addition, each athlete will be asked to purchase $175 in raffle tickets, with proceeds from the raffle ticket sales going towards participation in a major tournament. This is the only major fund-raising campaign for the club and athletes can recoup the cost by selling their raffle tickets in their community. There may be additional fund-raising required for the Nationals.

The HRVC Recruitment Advisor will be available to work with athletes whose goal is to play at the post-secondary level.
