Nik Vitas - HRVC's new recruitment advisor
We are pleased to announce a new club position for HRVC. Coach Nik Vitas takes on the new position of Recruitment Advisor to work with HRVC athletes as they pursue post-secondary opportunities involving volleyball.
Goals of the program:
To provide a club contact for Canadian and U.S. recruiters.
To expose our athletes to playing and education opportunities in both Canada and the U.S.
To provide guidance in: developing athlete resumes, exposure at showcase events, how to evaluate scholarship opportunities, how to pursue OVA athlete development opportunities.
